The owner did not keep his promise. And delivered flowers that died. He. Took advantage of our family as well as being rude and unprofessional. He did not offer resolution and I will NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY IN HIS SHOP!!!!!! #when you do people wrong…. WRONG will follow.

Ordered for Mothers Day and had a slight mistake but Bruce was on it! He immediately addressed and fixed the issue. To say the absolute least I am very grateful for his hard work and dedication! I live out of state and always order from him when in need of flowers! They are always so beautiful!10/10 highly recommend

I called to order a European Basket for a funeral. Let me just say this florist went above and beyond. The pottery the plants came in was so very beautiful. The way they arranged everything was perfect! 5 stars for sure!
This has always been a jewel in Columbus for their gifts and beautiful and creative floral arrangements.
The young lady inside was just fabulous. She took care of my sister in law in no time flat. The only thing is for what was received for what was paid it wasn't worth it. The spray did not have many flowers and sister in law didn't know what her spray would even look like, not even the colors. The lady said they where low on assortment of flowers, because of Christmas. I heard a lot of good things about this place, but NEVER would I pay for what she received.
Polite and very helpful. Gave me understanding of what I needed, and plenty of choices.
My Customer Service Experience was 5 stars and redeemed my original opinion of Noweta's. I ordered an arrangement for a memorial service, I am sorry to say it was not as expected. When I emailed Noweta's sharing my disappointment, and asking for the opportunity to speak to someone to remedy the situation I was called back within an hour by the owner (despite it being past normal business hours). He was sincerely apologetic and agreed that the arrangement was not up to their standards. He was very kind in offering me a refund, and said he would talk to his staff the next day so this doesn't happen in the future. He then went the extra mile, gave me his personal cell number and told me next time I need flowers, to let him know and he will personally ensure they knock it out of the park. While I wish the arrangement had been what I was hoping for, customer service made up for it. He was so genuine, and kind. I really appreciated that he wanted to speak to his staff, and use this as an opportunity to offer support to his staff if that was the reason for the quality of the bouquet I received. I feel good doing business with Noweta's moving forward not only because of the quality of the customer service, but because they care and treat their staff with dignity and kindness.
We needed to order flowers to our mother (who is recovering from surgery away from home) for Mothers' Day. The website said the delivery would be tomorrow & an hour later, we found out she should be released to come home tomorrow. I called Nowetas, explained the situation. They were so sweet. Within 2 hours, her flowers were delivered on one of the busiest holiday weekends for a florist. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They also beat other prices around the Starkville area.
Called on Saturday morning to send flowers to cheer up my mom, (today was dad’s birthday and we lost him a few years ago). The gentleman listened to my needs and graciously expedited a beautiful bouquet to my mom. Thanks for great service and an empathetic heart!

I've been sending flowers to my grandmother from Noweta's for at least 4 years now. The service is great and the flowers are always FRESH & BEAUTIFUL. My grandmother is always pleased and enjoys her flowers everytime she gets them. The flowers always hold up for awhile and delivered in a timely manner as well. Absolutely gorgeous flowers for my grandmother. They were ordered and delivered same day, within hours of the order being placed. They mean a lot to my family and me.
